How do I place an order?
These are the general steps of your shopping journey with us:

  1. Choose your product, add to cart & amend the quantity.
  2. Check order details.
  3. Confirm your shipping cart.
  4. Provide shipping & billing information.
  5. Choose payment options and finalise payment.
  6. You will see the payment transaction status on your screen.
  7. For a successful transaction, we will email you the order confirmation shortly.

 

Free Delivery
Free delivery for orders above $100, otherwise delivery fee $5 is chargeable.

Please refer to shipping rates on your cart.
0.1kg to 5kg (<1 metre), $6 courier charges. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
 

Delivery and shipping information

Upon receiving your online order, our staff will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days upon contacting you.

How do I change my shipping details after my order has been placed?

Please drop us an email at sales@racewerks.com.sg as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make. As we work with third party fulfilment services, an additional fee may be incurred to change the shipping address if the order is already on its way.
